Last Friday, December 12th, our school had a multicultural day.
Students from our class did a fantastic job presenting different their cultures and countries.
We learn about our fellow students’ backgrounds from Pakistan, Portugal, Brazil, England, Jamaica, Columbia, Macedonia Romania, El Salvador, Scotland and French-Canada (Quebec city). Some of the presentations included traditional clothing, food, pictures and music. Even our teacher Mlle. Tosh decided to join the fun with a presentation based on her travels and experiences with different cultures. She has traveled to over 20+ different countries and lived in 2 other countries outside of North America.
It was a fun day and everyone did a great job.
Thank you to all students (and teacher) who participated.
Let’s work to be even better next year!
